TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Systems Requirement Manager role to work one of the largest transit infrastructure companies in one of their rail transit projects in the Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, supervise, and lead the requirement management of the project
• Configure the requirements traceability in DOORs tool
• Provide training for project staff to use requirement management software tools
• Provide requirement traceability progress reports
• Coordinate and chair meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise the requirement management team
• Collaborate with end customers, Chief Safety and Security Manager, designer and suppliers, and Independent Safety Assessor to ensure the correct development of requirement management

Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
• Technical certificate or Engineering degree preferred
• Must have knowledge of System Engineering practices and processes
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites
• Must have good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to lead a railway project team
• Act as an overall delivery lead by being able to lead discussions with clients, partners, and senior discipline staff
