Technical Authority Superintendent

TRS Middle East is recruiting for a Superintendent Technical Authority for a leading Refinery in the Middle East.

Direct Supervisor: General Manager Engineering

Job Purpose:
Ensure that the technical decisions taken in the engineering discipline are in alignment as per Refineries standards/procedures and consistent with the appropriate level of competence, quality, and consistency to assure the maintenance of engineering technical integrity

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry of which minimum 5 years of in supervisory capacity.
• Excellent understanding of Engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Person with integrity and professional demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality of the information.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
