This is a hybrid work-from-home/in-office position in Costa Mesa, CA.
Responsibilities:
· Build and develop relationships, written and verbal, with candidates and client groups, to understand and discuss requirements and opportunities
· Develop a strong base of candidates by building a network of contacts (phone, face-to-face)
· Recruit through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media outlets, placing job adverts, and identifying new and creative means to source potential talent
· Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
· Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
· Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with hiring managers and their support organizations
· Partner with hiring managers to identify and source qualified applicants for open positions; pre- screen and interview candidates as required
· Make employment recommendations based on interviews, reference checks, employment applications, and resumes
· Coordinate job postings, review resumes, perform telephone interviews, and reference checks
· Assist in other recruiting and selection activities such as administration, contact and negotiation with recruiting institutions
Requirements:
· 3-5 years recruitment experience, ideally within construction or engineering
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or otherwise related field (preferred)
· Aptitude with Microsoft Office
· Ability to work within a hybrid remote environment
