Direct Supervisor: Refinery General Manager
Job Purpose:
To manage, lead, direct the Process Engineering and Planning sections and the Refinery Laboratory to maintain optimal, trouble-free, safe, profitable operation of the units, maximize gross margin and ensure that the Refinery has a strategic edge.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Degree in Chemical Engineering
15 years of relevant experience in a Refinery
Knowledge of all Refining processes
Knowledge of hydrocarbon processing technologies
