TÉCNICO DE SOPORTE N2.
MADRID
FUNCIONES:
• Soporte de 2º NIVEL a Técnicos de campo, Distribuidores, Clientes, sobre productos Fujitsu de las gamas servidores y almacenamiento y servidores de otros fabricantes como ORACLE (SPARC).
• Atención presencial en casos de dificultad de diagnóstico, formación tanto impartida como recibida.
• Generación de documentación técnica y gestión de la Base de conocimientos.
CONOCIMIENTOS:
• Conocimientos de servidores Intel y SPARC (configuración, tecnología, reparación)
• Conocimientos de almacenamiento, Appliances, fabricantes NetApp, EMC, etc. (configuración, tecnología, reparación).
HORARIO: Horario: 40 Horas semanales, con servicios de stand-by semanales (1 por mes). Horario flexible preferente de 08:00 H a 17:00 H
MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Modalidad de trabajo (teletrabajo o presencial). Teletrabajo combinado con presencial según demanda de servicios.
DURACIÓN: Estable
IDIOMAS: Inglés Alto (necesita estar en contacto telefónico o asistencial a cursos en el extranjero).
