Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and mission‑focused individual to support operations within our warehouse (base‑camp equipment such as tents, HVAC units, generators, and other essential field resources). 

Candidates with military experience or EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) backgrounds are strongly preferred due to the importance of operational discipline, rapid response, and client urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Readiness: Maintain a proactive, deployment‑ready mindset at all times. Ensure trailers and equipment are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for immediate mobilization.
• Warehouse Support: Dedicate significant time and energy to warehouse operations, including working every other Saturday as part of the role’s core expectations.
• Training & Travel: Travel to additional company sites for onboarding and periodic training throughout the year to maintain operational consistency and skill development.
• Staffing Assistance: Support staffing needs as required, including assisting with workforce coordination and scheduling.
• Asset Management: Help oversee a large and diverse inventory of mission‑critical equipment and ensure all materials are maintained, tracked, and deployment‑ready.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military background or EPC experience with a strong understanding of mission‑driven operations and urgency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and readiness to support rapid‑response operations.
