Welder/Fabricator

TRS Craft Services has an IMMEDIATE need for experienced Fabricator Welders in Harrison, OH.

• Contract to Hire
• Day shift- 6am to 2pm (with ability to work overtime as workload dictates.)

Testing will be done on site as part of interview process:
FLUX CORE- 3G & 4G
MIG- 1G, including spray transfer on heavy steel
STICK- 3G & 4G

**Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years' Welding experience. Heavy Fabrication & Repair experience is preferred. **

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for fabricating, welding, and repairing components from drawings, blueprints and sample parts. Must be highly proficient and able to pass AWS D1.1 and D1.5 certifications in:

• FCAW (3G & 4G CERTS)
• GMAW (1G, including spray transfer on heavy steel)
• SMAW (3G & 4G CERTS) processes

Skills in brake, shear, grinders and fabrication equipment. Welding in a shop environment utilizing SMAW, GMAW and FCAW processes.

Ideal candidate will be a self-starter that displays a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship. Based on our small team environment dependability is critical, including the ability to work overtime when needed. 

Pay range: $23 - $26 per hour DOE, to be discussed with your Recruiter.
