We hereby provide you an opportunity to work for my client who has the responsibility to use chemistry that makes this world better, safer and cleaner. The produce products like coatings, chemical intermediates and engineered wood.
Perform diversified administrative and office & laboratory support activities for Process Improvement via a good knowledge of office methods, policies and procedures, as well as extensive software skills and strong communication skills.
The activities are for the Process Improvement team and specifically the research facility at the Pernis location.
Job Responsibilities
• Take care of ordering new chemicals, new office supplies, new lab supplies and supporting new equipment supplies, arranges the purchase requisitions for maintenance contracts and other research & analytical contracts, arranges sample shipments, including setting up and keep track of new own VAD chemical storage system (via ChemInventory software)
• Take care of a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks for Process Improvement such as: ordering office supplies, lab journal administration, providing support in IT needs (hardware), working with SAP, Excel;
• Create requisitions, check and resolve blocked/parked/financial invoices in SAP and related activities, this includes the maintenance of the Traceable Order List and related vendor administration and maintenance
• Maintain and update network folder access for the department
• Maintain physical and electronic department library;
• Supporting in test method documentation, e.g. Hexion Test Method Series (HMS) and related documentation;
• Support in maintenance of department TEAMS & SharePoint environment
• Maintain the holiday planning overview of the department
• Support in administration with respect to sample transport to other company locations or third parties;
• Schedule meetings and coordinate related arrangements (meeting related matters, catering, etc.);
• Organize badge issuing for new associates / contractors (for Pernis location);
• Administration around interns & PDP-ers
• Maintain introduction package for new associates, monitor and coordinate tasks;
• Administer contracts/confidentiality agreements of contractors;
• Give support & input with subsidy requests, when needed
• Organizing required signatures for IP related documents, including scanning of documents and sending original IP documents back to IP department in time.

Minimum Qualifications
• Degree MBO level, at least 3 years of administrative assistance experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel;
• Experience in SAP is a preference;
• Proficient in Dutch and English; verbally and inwriting
