Budgeting & Reporting Manager

Our client is a leading infrastructure and transportation company and searching for a Budgeting & Reporting Manager to join on a permanent basis.

Purpose of job:

Develop & supervise the annual budgeting process and internal and external management reporting activities across various departments, projects and strategic activities across the business.

Requirements:

 Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Masters preferred
 Preference for recognised qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA, CMA)
 Fluent in English and Arabic

Experience:

 Minimum of 10 years overall experience in Finance
 Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in an similar position
 Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
 Experience and knowledge of complex budgeting processes and systems and
 Experience in working in a highly complex international project environment preferred
