Our client is a leading infrastructure and transportation company and searching for a Budgeting & Reporting Manager to join on a permanent basis.
Purpose of job:
Develop & supervise the annual budgeting process and internal and external management reporting activities across various departments, projects and strategic activities across the business.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Masters preferred
Preference for recognised qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA, CMA)
Fluent in English and Arabic
Minimum of 10 years overall experience in Finance
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in an similar position
Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Experience and knowledge of complex budgeting processes and systems and
Experience in working in a highly complex international project environment preferred
