With continued expansion into cold‑weather U.S. markets, the company is seeking a field‑focused sales professional who thrives in relationship‑driven energy environments.


Role Overview

The Sales Representative – Compression & Power Generation will be responsible for driving growth across key cold‑climate U.S. regions by positioning compression and power generation rental solutions with energy operators and industrial customers.

This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis through contract execution, and acts as a trusted advisor delivering fit‑for‑purpose equipment solutions that solve real operational challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on cold‑weather U.S. regions (Rocky Mountain states, Dakotas, Midwest, Northeast)
  • Sell short‑ and long‑term compression and power generation rental solutions
  • Build strong relationships with operations, engineering, procurement, and field leadership
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend customized equipment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal service, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer success
  • Monitor market conditions, customer trends, and competitor activity
  • Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, relationship‑driven sales professional who understands energy operations in cold‑weather environments and is comfortable working hands‑on in the field.

Qualifications include:

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience within energy, industrial equipment, compression, or power generation
  • Solid understanding of natural gas compression systems (reciprocating, rotary screw, driver packages)
  • Proven ability to grow territory‑based business and close complex deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑focused mindset
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned regions
