Claims Coordinator

A Joint Venture group involved in PPP projects in Ontario is seeking a Claims Coordinator to be part of their construction team in their Toronto office.

Requirements:
-Completion of Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related background.
-At least 3 years of experience in construction of P3 and/or heavy civil industry.
-Ability to support the team in generating, validating, and submission of claims report / documents.
-In-depth comprehension of commercial and contractual risk and best practices of mitigating risks.
-Proficiency of contracts, planning and scheduling, and principles of construction management.
-Strong in tracking deliverables against progress of submissions.
-Competent computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
-Leadership capability, strong organizational and time management skills, and strong grasp of accountability.
