Job Offer: Construction Director/Coordinator
Location: Płock, Poland
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all construction activities and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Leading and managing construction teams, including subcontractors and site personnel.
- Developing and implementing construction strategies and plans.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to align construction activities with project goals.
- Managing construction budgets and resources efficiently.
- Identifying and resolving construction-related issues and risks.
- Reporting construction progress to senior management and clients.
Expectations:
- 10 years of experience in a similar position.
- Higher technical education.
- Extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing large-scale industrial projects.
- Fluent knowledge of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to quickly assimilate and utilize new knowledge and solve problems.
- Operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in construction management tools and software.
- Professional experience gained during the construction phase.
