Job Offer: Construction Director/Coordinator

Location: Płock, Poland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all construction activities and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Leading and managing construction teams, including subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Developing and implementing construction strategies and plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to align construction activities with project goals.
  • Managing construction budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Identifying and resolving construction-related issues and risks.
  • Reporting construction progress to senior management and clients.

Expectations:

  • 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Higher technical education.
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing large-scale industrial projects.
  • Fluent knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate and utilize new knowledge and solve problems.
  • Operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools and software.
  • Professional experience gained during the construction phase.
