Job Details
An opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired Licensor organization based in their India office in the Delhi. They are dealing in EPC / PMC and Cryo / ASU Technology. Having presence in across the globe. Company offering an end-to-end technology service portfolio. They have built 30 plants for diverse customers in India
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 15+ years Cryo / ASU Construction Management and Site experience.
Brief Description
Construction Manager determine and develop the most suitable and economically Organize, plan, manage and implement construction activities for ASU / Cryo Projects.
The major responsibilities are:
• For larger and more complex construction sites a Construction Manager is delegated to site to support the Site Manager.
• Responsible to manage the field activities during the Construction and Pre-/Commissioning phase of the site assigned to him, as well as to assist during the Commissioning phase if necessary.
• Manages the interfaces between disciplines at site as well as between the subcontractors.
• Demonstrates an inter-discipline mindset, intellectual and honest profile.
• Demonstrates beside technical experience a strong management and leadership capability.
• Provides and reports realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption, quantities and
• achievement of milestones.
• Ensures the quality of construction/installation works according to contract requirements.
• Must have experience of Engineering, Construction, Vessels & Machinery - Exposed to Cryogenic
plants.
• Must have experience knowledge of Construction management tools, procedures.
• Basic knowledge of international technical codes and standards Progress evaluation
• Basic knowhow to manage HSES in the field. Schedule, productivities, rigging and Logistics
• Contractual understanding and letter writing.
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• Should be mechanical engineering graduate
• Over 15+ years relevant experience in EPC or EP Companies for Technologies related to Air Separation Units, Cryogenics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
