SUMMARY:
The Contract Manager will be responsible for managing project-specific contracts such as the power purchase agreements, site lease agreements, telecom, distribution power, and O&M agreements. Each of the contracts will need to be reviewed and obligations will need to be uploaded to tracking and compliance software. Responsibilities include working with accounting to setup vendors for payments and working with external counterparties to manage obligations. The Contract Manager reports directly to the Director of Asset Management.
DUTIES:
• Manage all project contracts to ensure compliance and assist in setting up systems and processes to standardize contract management and reporting including implementation of contract obligations into Asset Management software.
• Coordinate with legal and contracts team on contract amendments as needed.
• Manage and resolve contractual issues as they arise.
• Develop and manage smooth contract management handover process from development, finance and construction teams to Asset Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• 2+ years contract management in renewable energy field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
