For our client we are currently seeking a Delivery Manager (Project Manager) to join the team delivering this project, a high‑profile mining and metals development in Greece.

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the successful execution and delivery of project scopes within this mining and metals program. This senior role oversees planning, coordination, engineering interfaces, contractor management, and safe execution of work to ensure project objectives are achieved on schedule and within technical requirements.

This is a key leadership role for the remaining duration of the project (10–12 months).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall delivery of assigned project scopes within the project.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide leadership to contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain alignment with project goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Resolve project risks and issues proactively to maintain progress and performance.
• Support stakeholder communication, including project leadership and client representatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with substantial time spent in project delivery roles.
• Proven Project Manager experience in the mining and metals sector (mandatory).
• Strong background in engineering, with relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Process, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex industrial projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.​​​​
• Must be an EU citizen or already legally authorised to work in Greece (visa sponsorship is not possible due to project timelines).
