Design Engineer - Hydrogen

TRS Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for a Design Engineer for a major Hydrogen project.

The role will see you drive the creation, testing and revision of flow charts and R&I for the hydrogen storage systems as well as support for the procedural and plant engineering installation planning and creation of overview and site plans.

Experience
Development of piping concepts under procedural and assembly aspects
Graphical implementation of the pipeline planning for the hydrogen storage facility
Creation of 3D models of the hydrogen storage and incorporation of all system parts
Creation of isometric drawings for pipeline construction
Carrying out collision tests in pipeline and plant construction
Support for creating component lists.
Preparation of further plans, overviews, and design documents

Internal processes
Responsibility for compliance with internal processes and corporate rules

Your Profile
Successfully completed studies or state-certified technician in the field of engineering
Professional experience as a designer in plant construction
Sound knowledge of AutoCAD/Plant 3D
Organizational skills, strong communication skills and a confident demeanour
Safe to use in common office applications.
High degree of flexibility combined with willingness to travel on an hourly or daily basis.

A plus - not a must
Experience in the field of steel construction
Experience in the field of stress calculation or in handling the ROHR2 software.
First experiences in the design or operation of hydrogen plants
