Electrical Design Specialist

TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Specialist, for a Direct-Hire opportunity with a growing company in Anderson, SC!

Responsibilities Include:
• Generate AutoCAD and Revit drawings as required for each project / site requirements
• Design and develop layouts for electrical circuits and systems
• Develop and evaluate plans and minimize costs on electrical designs
• Support the Project Engineer for project specific requirements on High Power Busway (HPB), intelligent Medium Power Busway (iMPB), and modular room products
• Perform initial setup of projects on IFS, our enterprise resource planning system
• Load production systems with material requirements from approved drawings
• Support the Engineering team with electrical design tasks that make them more productive and customer-focused
• Efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines

Requirements Include:
• Two-year degree in an engineering or architectural discipline preferred
• Proficiency with CAD systems, AutoCAD and Solidworks
• 5+ Years of Electrical system/schematic design experience required
• Proven experience in a related position involving exposure to building construction & engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Access, Word, Excel, etc.
