Scope
This role will work with the Field Engineering Manager and Field Engineering Team to coordinate and facilitate timely responses to Contract Requests for Information (RFI) as well as other defined document management activities including verbal and written communication, and analytical tasks. This position will provide support in an efficient manner while maintaining effective communication with Project Client, Engineering Subcontractors, internal taskforce members and field personnel.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide technical and administrative support for field engineering and document management activities in a team environment
• Perform technical and administrative duties including, but not limited to, scanning hard-copy documents, renaming electronic files per project requirements, checking revision, formatting, issue status requirements of hard-copy and electronic documents
• Assist with receiving and filing related documents in a timely manner, make accurate entries and updates in project databases such as a document management system
• May create and organize hard copy backup materials, prepare reproduction orders, create electronic and hard-copy transmittals, prepare email notifications to internal and external customers
• Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
• Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
• Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned
Typical Minimum Qualifications – Related Education, Experience & Skills
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Working Conditions
• Generally favorable indoor office workspace, and/or;
• Various levels of environmental conditions including but not limited to project worksites and vendor/client facilities which may have temporary office space, moving mechanical parts and vibration; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles and extreme temperatures and high noise levels

• Contribute to and promote the use of Fluor's knowledge management portals and communities
Preferred Qualifications – Related Education, Experience & Skills
• Proficient in use of Fluor specialized software
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and delegate workload
