Financial Planning & Analysis

Our Partner, one of the world’s largest petrochemical manufactures and a leading supplier of thermoplastics, is in need of a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a focal point for the Planning and Control functions in the Americas region.
• Take initiative in overseeing rigorous adherence in the region to policies and guidelines as set by Planning and Control for strategic plans, business plans and budgets.
• Month end financial control, preparation of accruals, intercompany billing, variance analysis and Year end estimate, ensure integrity and accuracy of reporting.
• Initiate and assist with budgeting and financial control in challenging the functions in America
• Prepare monthly analysis of plan vs actuals, provide insights that allows budget holders manage costs.
• Manage billing to Shared Services customers for operating expenses. Full ownership of cross functional charges for IT expenses.
• Headcount Management
• Assist in executing projects / activities that are of importance for shared services

Requirements

• Available immediately
• University Degree in commercially oriented discipline, such as Finance, Business Administration, or related fields with finance and accounting background.
• 7 years of experience in finance and business
• Deep knowledge of financial accounting and budgeting/planning processes
• Deep knowledge of performance management concepts and processes
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP (Intermediate)
• Flexible schedule to work with different time zones (Europe, Asia and Saudi Arabia)
