We are looking for candidate for a managerial level to manage one of our client's Wastewater Treatment Division.

Our client's background originally from trading roots and developed over several generations into a major diversified international enterprise with truly global horizons.

Role Overview:
He / She will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company growth strategy in the water and wastewater treatment industry,


Role specifications:

• Bachelor /Master of Engineering, MBA degree.
• Experience of 10 years. (Preferred to have exp. in managerial role)
• Full department responsibility including responsibility for developing and implementing sales strategy; Technical oversight, supervising staff; Managing Environment, Health, Safety & Quality; controlling Inventory and Debtors.
• Coordinate Sales teams & Principals to ensure the company meets Shareholder objectives and customer demands. Requires a focus on efficient logistics, procurement and high quality output at all times to deliver profitable and sustainable sales pipelines in the Water Treatment Segment.
• Responsibility for identifying complementary Technology and Product mix in Water Treatment Technology and O&M Chemicals required to maximize business opportunities.
• Responsible for the financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts. Responsible for collection of outstanding payment on time.
• Selection of skilled, qualified and effective Sales teams and managing the Human capital of the business effectively in alignment with the group policies and principals.
• Identify and propose opportunities for growth within the overall strategic direction of the business unit. The divisional manager will keep up to date with market trends & influences, Industry best practices and innovative technology.
