Reporting to Construction Manager with the principal duties and reponsibilities as follows:
Execute Project Subcontracting Plans.
Perform Subcontractor resource survey.
Pre-qualify bidders (including capabilities, capacities, and financial studies) and prepare Bidders List.
Execute Individual Subcontracting Plans.
Lead internal Request for Proposal (RFP) and RFP explanation meetings, Subcontract pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and drafting/finalization of Subcontract documents.
