Responsibilities:
- Test grid connections for state and national regulatory standards
- Relay discoveries, needs and results to upper management
- Design, power studies, and equipment specification selections
- Assist in developing processes, tools, and best practices while supporting projects pertaining to power systems and Grid testing
- SME for NERC Modules including NERC 25, 26, & 27
- Work alongside the commissioning team for power system and grid studies for utility scale PV projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years engineering experience in Power Systems and Grid testing
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experienced in Power System Engineering and Power System Testing
- Knowledge of NERC 25, 26, & 27
- Strong knowledge of Grid Regulatory Compliance
- Solar PV, Wind or renewables experience is a preferred
