As our HSE Specialist, you’ll play a critical, hands-on role in elevating our safety performance. You will:

Lead the Charge on Safety Initiatives
Drive the development, integration, and continual improvement of HSE programs across operations. -
Champion Compliance & Best Practices
Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and internal standards while identifying forward-thinking solutions to emerging HSE challenges. -
Conduct Engaging Training & Education
Deliver impactful training sessions that inspire employees at all levels to own safety. -
Investigate, Innovate, and Prevent
Lead incident investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and implement proactive measures that reduce risk and prevent recurrence. -
Partner with Leaders & Teams
Collaborate with operations, engineering, HR, and leadership to strengthen safety culture, solve problems, and support strategic goals. -
Keep a Pulse on Performance
Track key HSE metrics, prepare clear reports, and make recommendations that drive meaningful improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
- 2+ years of HSE experience (manufacturing, industrial, or field operations preferred)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, and/or ISO frameworks)
- Experience in incident investigation and risk assessment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for safety, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement
- Certifications such as CHST, ASP, CSP, or equivalent are a plus!
