Job Responsibilities:

*. Perform and check readings of equipment and different type of check sheets like preventive, Breakdowns & daily Logbook.
*. Perform duties to keep maintain production machines and the plant facilities equipment.
*. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of Machines and its equipment during production
*. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of auxiliary equipment during machine service.
*. Perform simple machinist duties and familiar with tools like Hacksaw, Zig saw, Grinder, Hammering, Drilling etc.
*. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

*. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
*. Perform and understand the work of plumbing maintenance.
*. Perform a variety of Welding and Fitting of Machines and its auxiliary equipment with maintenance
*. Perform the work as carpentry and fitting type
*. Diagnose the Machines break down either mechanical or electrical both and Rectify.
*. Reliable to work for rotational shifts like A, B, C & G.
*. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
*. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
*. Perform DG operations and filled up the appropriate readings.
