"TRS is urgently looking Marine Superintendent / Manager with extensive experience to lead the process engineering activities relevant to marine systems within the Oil and Gas industry to join our International Client's ALNG2 Projects based in Russia."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead the Process engineering activities relevant to Marine systems in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards.
• Contribute to the capitalization of the Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies and to the continuous technical improvement.
• Use technological/technical know-how and in-house experience to support the commercial promotion activity.
• Analyse the Tender Documents.
• Ensure the drawing up of the contractual guarantees and liabilities.
• Ensure the assessment of the most effective technology available.
• Take part in the definition of the detail project execution strategy.
• Ensure the technological support to the project risk assessment.
• Define list of activities and deliverables, setup time schedule, coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure proper Discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks and approval of all Discipline Project documents.
• Ensure Discipline Project progress, monitor and control man-hour consumption.
• Coordinate the process activities of the team members throughout the project.
• Support Project effort with identification of changes to the Contract scope .
• Track and report to the Project Management the Discipline scope of work changes updating man-hours and cost estimates.
• Grant interface with the Client technical representative.
• Participate to the multidisciplinary project review sections.
• Manage the different interfaces.
• Inform on a permanent basis the Technical Manager and if required the Project Manager of any foreseen technical or financial or delay risk.
• For the materials and services within remit (e.g. process marine studies and services, etc.) define and issue Purchase Requisitions, ensuring Technical Bid Evaluations and Vendor follow-up activities.
• Participate to performance tests and elaborate acceptance test report.

QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Tertiary qualification in related field of study.
• Minimum Five (5) plus year’s recent proven work related experience within Oil & Gas Industry.
• Have FPSO experience.
• International experience in Africa, Brazil is a plus.
• Experience with Total, SHELL, Saipem, SONANGOL, BP is a plus.
