"TRS is urgently looking for a Mobilization Coordinator within Oil and Gas Industry to join our International Client's NFPS Project team based in Sharjah, QATAR."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Providing an efficient coordination and administrative support service to the Talent Acquisition Team, in order to ensure that the hiring demands of the business are met.
• Sending offers of employment and liaising with candidates, by telephone, email and face-to- face, to ensure all queries during the offer stage are addressed appropriately and correctly.
• Consultation with candidates to provide efficient support and guidance on the mobilization process.
• Handling all general queries.
• Chasing potential employees for visa documentation and ensuring deadlines for receipt of documents are met.
• Screening Visa documents and ensuring they are compliant with Immigration requirements.
• Estimating start dates for all new employees.
• Ensuring Audit requirements are met for employee folders.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in related field of study.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years in Mobilization Coordinating role within the Oil and Gas Industry.
