Office Administrator

TRS Staffing is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base. Our client is currently seeking an Office Administrator for a contract role based in Calgary, Alberta.

Responsibilities:

- Issuing offer letters to contract workers
- Gathering signed paperwork
- Responding to management requests for information
- Pulling records from an SAP database
- Completing reference checks
- Answer phones & direct calls
- Order office supplies
- Distribute Mail

Requirements:

- Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience, ideally within the engineering and/or construction industry
- Diploma/Certificate in a related field
- Self motivated, target driven with a strong drive and sense of urgency to meet goals and deadlines
- HR/Recruitment industry experience is an asset
- Strong data entry, verbal and written communication skills
