Payroll Administrator

TRS Staffing Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator. This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience working as part of a large company involved in mega projects across Canada.

Duties:

- Data entry (500-1000 payroll entries per week)
- Must have flexible hours and able to work on stat holidays and Christmas
- Booking candidate interviews using email and other web based tools
- Confirming details over phone and email with hiring managers and candidates
- Tracking details on Excel spreadsheet

Qualifications:

- Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
- Significant Excel, Word and Data Entry experience
- Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years of Payroll experience and 1-2 years of Administration experience
