"TRS Staffing Solutions is looking for a PIPE TALLY with excellent computer skills to implement the PTS SQL / RFID Systems on C10 Vessel based WORLDWIDE (CURRENTLY IN ITALY)."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Implement the PTS SQL/RFID System.
- Ensure correct issuing of Pipe Tracking System Records compared with applicable requirements.
- Verify that correct hardware availability, set up, and functional status before offshore operations start up
- Ensure that prior to offshore operations start up ensure that applicable soft PTS Data Input has been duly cleared within barge/Vessel PTS infrastructures, and that all existing records are approved by involved parties
- Operate PTS during offshore operations within Corporate and Project Applicable Guidelines
- Identify Non-Conforming Pipes and ensure correct segregation actions as well as rejection as applicable
- Collect QC Inspection Records information/results to be entered into PTS in line with applicable Project PTS Procedure
- Prepare PTS Print out records, ensure correct data input has been cleared and in order to make relevant records available for Client approval as per established frequency
- Ensure that Surplus/Damaged/Rejected Pipes Return activities is carried out within schedule procedures/work instructions
- Ensure correct pipes reconciliation figures as per above scheme
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Accredited Tertiary Diploma qualification within field of experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within Oil & Gas Industry.
- Computer Skills and Competences :Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (“office”)
- Fluent English Language (Speak & Write)
