We are Looking for a Piping Lead to work in Denmark for a client on a pharmaceutical expansion project. 
  • Initial 12 month contract 
  • Client side 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Piping Lead to oversee the hygienic piping package on a major pharmaceutical project. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional with a strong background in piping design and execution, capable of driving coordination, quality, and timely delivery across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the hygienic piping work package, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Drive proactive coordination and continuous optimization across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Manage key deliverables with significant impact on project progress, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Facilitate and lead team meetings, ensuring effective planning, collaboration, and performance.
  • Supervise a small team of users and responsible engineers, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of all piping-related outputs from internal and external parties.
  • Identify, track, and report scope changes or trends that may impact the work package.
  • Organize and lead internal FDBD team meetings, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Key Experience & Skills

  • 5–10+ years of relevant experience in piping engineering on large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
  • Proven track record in a project management or lead piping role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on practical execution.
  • Highly schedule-driven and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a commitment to team success.
Qualifications 
  • Relevant Degree or certifications 
  • Relevant experience
