Job Title: Process Engineer – ATLS (SME)
Location: Gurgaon, India
Type: Full Time

Brief Description:
As a Life Sciences Process Subject Matter Expert, you will play a critical role in providing in-depth knowledge and expertise in life sciences processes and technologies.

Job Description
  • Expertise in Life Sciences Processes: Possess a deep understanding of various processes within the life sciences domain, including but not limited to R&D, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and others.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, enhance productivity and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Subject Matter Guidance: Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders within the organization. Offer insights and recommendations on process-related matters, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, review, and update SOPs for various life sciences processes. Ensure SOPs are accurately documented,accessible and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Stay up to date with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry trends. Ensure processes adhere to regulatory requirements such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, and other applicable standards. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct audits, identify non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders on life sciences processes, ensuring understanding and adherence to established procedures. Act as a mentor, sharing expertise and best practices to build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, regulatory affairs personnel, and quality assurance professionals, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Assess new technologies, tools, and software relevant to life sciences processes. Make recommendations for implementation and support the integration of technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Basic Job Requirements:
  • Chemical Engineering with 12-20 Years experience.
  • Working within the life sciences industry, preferably in roles involving process optimization, quality assurance, or process development.
