"TRS is urgently looking for a Production Planning & Planning Technical Services Manager with strong planning and technical services experience within the Oil and Gas industry to join our International Client's ALNG2 Projects based in Russia."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.
• Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
• Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
• Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Notify customers on any delays and outages.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
• Assist in new product development and enhancements.
• Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules.
• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
• Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
• Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention and termination activities.
• Supports the business plan for both premixes and straight product sales by supporting new opportunities and maintaining/supporting the current customer base.
• Assists Marketing, Commercial Management and the Sales team with new DSM product launches, including training and customer communications.
• Be responsible for Technical Services budget ensuring that related spending within agreed budget and forecast.
• Oversees efforts in working with application/infrastructure support organizations to assist in the hand-off between development and support.
• Coordinates and provides training on technical/application topics to account managers, formulations and other related departments.
• Acts as the owner for product complaints - coordinating with the customer and quality departments to ensure adequate resolution is achieved.
• Assists with creating organizational methodologies, company policies and procedures.

QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited 4 years Degree/Technical Qualification.
• Minimum Five (5) year’s recent proven work related experience within Oil & Gas Industry.
• Have FPSO experience.
• Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning).
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good at math and statistics.
• International experience in Africa, Brazil is a plus.
• Experience with Total, SHELL, Saipem, SONANGOL, BP is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
