Production Superintendent

Our client, a privately owned E&P company with experience in both conventional & unconventional reservoirs across the US, is basin agnostic and focused on deep value capture, is seeking a talented and experienced Oil & Gas Superintendent to join their team in Greeley, Colorado. This is a direct hire opportunity with a great company offering competitive pay.

SUMMARY:
The Oil & Gas Superintendent over-see all daily oil and gas operations activities at multiple sites. Supervise and direct contracts and employees involved in production, maintenance, and construction of all producing and new oil wells. Manage costs and project timelines reporting to senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Documenting costs and provide routine updates to staff engineers and management
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Production Reports
• Documented history of HSE compliance
• Management and coordination of production operator's daily activities
• Optimization of chemicals stocks, inventory, and all field assets
• Providing operator input/feedback into maintenance programs and production planning activities
• Quoting multiple vendors and getting the best prices and results on all projects
• Creative problem solving and being a team player willing to work with a variety of types of people

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge and experience in all forms of oilfield operations involved in production of oil wells
• Knowledge and experience in the construction of oilfield facilities and pipelines
• Ability to maximize efficiency and use of all production and artificial lift equipment (jet pumps, pumping units)
• Leadership and management ability to meet company objectives
