We are currently recruiting Engineering and Projects specialists within the mining sector to support the delivery of integrated project services across the full project lifecycle. Our focus is on securing highly skilled professionals who can contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable projects and operational outcomes.

As we prepare for upcoming project opportunities and anticipated contract awards, we are proactively building a strong network of specialist talent to ensure readiness to mobilize once work is confirmed.

We are seeking an experienced Project Specialist to take accountability for the planning and delivery of assigned projects. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety, while ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives.  This role is based in Johannesburg. Seize your chance and apply today!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage integrated project execution plans across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning within the mining sector.
  • Drive strong safety leadership and compliance across teams, contractors, and sites.
  • Manage resources, risks, and stakeholder relationships to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor progress, control costs, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Provide clear and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and high performance.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:      
  • Degree or diploma (NQF Level 7) with project management qualification preferred.
  • 5–8 years’ experience in construction, engineering, mining project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and contractors.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards.
  • Supplier performance and compliance.
  • Procurement efficiency and risk management.
