We are seeking an experienced Reclamation Superintendent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role will be responsible for overseeing land restoration and environmental compliance activities, ensuring successful site rehabilitation following construction or mining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site reclamation plans, including grading, soil stabilization, erosion control, and revegetation.
- Monitor operations to ensure adherence to environmental regulations, permits, and company standards.
- Supervise reclamation crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Work closely with environmental engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies to align reclamation efforts with project requirements.
- Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.
- Ensure proper allocation and maintenance of equipment and materials required for reclamation work.
- Address unexpected site conditions and develop solutions to meet reclamation objectives effectively.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent, master’s degree will be an added value.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Dredging & Reclamation projects on capital dredging, not limited to maintenance dredging.
