Retail Sales Manager

FUNCTION:  RETAIL SALES MANAGER
LOCATION:  SEYCHELLES
DURATION:  PERMANENT
SALARY:  R60,000.00 (Plus Benefits)

“We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Sales Manager within FMCG Industry
to take ownership of the key retail accounts as well as being responsible for leading a sales team and ensure that they deliver the best service to the retailers across the three islands, Mahe, Praslin and La Digue.”
 
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- An excellent track record of selling FMCG products into the retail industry
- 10 years’ experience working with FMCG products
- An understanding of produce with shelf lives
- Produce knowledge of dry, chilled and frozen produce
- Experience in living and working outside of their home country
- Previous experience in dealing with key accounts
- Experience in working with sales teams and managing those teams successfully
- Experience in growing business and developing markets
