Summary
This user is the day to day troubleshooter and trainer. They are the onsite expert in Jovix operations. They will take over Atlas JSC responsibilities as the project progresses. Before Atlas site assets demobilize, they will be trained to an equal level of knowledge as defined by the training matrix.
Processes and troubleshoots transactions in the maintenance windows of Material Manager, located in the Barcode/Imports menu. This requires super user access to Jovix with desktop application training and read/write access in the Warehousing Module in Matman.
Responsibilities
• Resolves any transaction issues as they arise, elevating applicable issues to Jovix Support, Location IT and Global SMEs as required by the type of issue.
• Identifies a hardware or software issue and whether this issue is with AtlasRFID’s Jovix Software or IT’s responsibility.
• Provides oversite for field users and coordinates problem resolution and support tickets.
• Performs Jovix upgrades/installation and coordinates imaging of tablets.
• Trains new and existing employees in Jovix. Utilizes Train Station to modify learning plans and assigns courses
• Jovix Username administration and server maintenance. IE setting up new zones, yards and named locations. Ensures yards and warehouses are created in Material Manager as they are not created with integration.
• Conducts Site-Specific UAT testing as required.
• Liaises with Atlas Data Manager for data discrepancies and assist in resolution
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to fourteen (14) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
