"TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a SITE AGENT – CIVIL / PIPELINE to join our client’s large-scale project based in MALAWI"
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to the Client’s objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control.
- Deliver multiple on-going projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.
- Work closely with the Commercial/Business Development Department, Engineers and Surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst Client requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- ND in Civil/Mechanical/C&I Engineering
- Project Management Certificate or Diploma
- 10 + year experience working in a construction environment, with steel or ductile bulk water pipelines, water treatment plant, water retaining structures, reservoirs, and other water infrastructure projects.
- MS Office Suite
- Registration with SACPCMP and ACPM
- Proficient with MS Office suit,
- Exceptional communication skills with the team and clients
- Sound knowledge and understanding of reading and interpretation of drawings.
- Valid driver’s license is essential
