We are looking for a Site Delivery Manager in East Lothian. The Site Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful execution of site projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are executed as planned and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for site teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company safety standards, implementing necessary precautions and risk assessments.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor site expenses, manage resources effectively, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report project progress, providing updates to senior management and adjusting plans when required.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support site teams, ensuring productivity, performance, and professional development.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of work, conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in site delivery or project management within construction, ad substation
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site operational procedures.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control project costs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree, e.g., Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
