Sr. Urban Planner

ABOUT COMPANY:

We are hiring for an Australian based Engineering Consulting firm , which provides feasible studies , Design , tenders and Contract Management services to Infrastructure projects.

JOB TITLE: Urban Planner

EXPERIENCE RANGE: 15 years’ experience. Out of which, should have 5 years international experience in the planning and design of economic clusters or corridors, townships, or campus developments

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Any Degree and Postgraduate in urban planning or equivalent degree with relevant experience in master planning of integrated industrial townships, large campuses involving an economic component and mixed housing development

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

•Utilization of strategic planning methodology and statutory regulations to perform pre development studies to support financial feasibility targets
•To manage project team on various project stages including visioning, physical feasibility, development strategy, concept/ detailed master planning, master plan validation, urban design and architectural concept design
•Spearheaded design research, analyzed issues, incorporated global best practice , established design standards & devised development, phasing & branding strategy
•Preparation of comprehensive project specific design & development brief to reflect project objectives based on inputs from marketing /Requirements from asset management and Sustainability perspective.
•Lead urban planning process and produced statutory code compliance documents
•Preparation of Urban Development Guidelines, Masterplan reports and Design Control Regulations.
•Coordination with site infrastructure development information with diverse disciplines and with external / internal stakeholders
