Technical Sales Representative
TRS Staffing is partnering with an industrial automation engineering company, pioneers in process equipment and distribution, based out of Langley, BC, and is bringing forth the opening for a Technical Sales Representative (TSR) to improve our clients’ market position and achieve financial growth.
The ideal candidate for the role of Technical Services Representative would be required to build and maintain key customer relationships, be knowledgeable of current market situation, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. The candidate must be open to travelling throughout Western Canada and making sales calls and pitches to various stakeholders and consultant, as well as providing technical advice to customers and offering services and products to meet their needs.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of prior experience as a Technical Sales Representative or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of various industrial processes, such as pumping applications, chemical systems, water treatment, valve packages, heat transfer, field instruments, various compressibles, power distribution, or solids handling
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office Suite
