Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily construction activities across multiple work fronts within the mining site.
- Interface with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Monitor progress against schedules and report deviations or risks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, and materials.
- Support logistics, procurement, and resource planning for construction phases.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a construction coordination role, preferably in mining or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of mining safety protocols and construction methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
