The Role:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the upcoming project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and implementation of the project.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project budget, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience (5 - 10+ years) in project management, within the Mining Industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
