Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in project engineering or a similar role.
- Proven experience (3 - 8+ years) in project engineering, within the Mining Industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
