Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Monitor site safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Lead, or similar role within the Mining Industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in construction management, within the Mining Industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
