Responsibilities:
• Proactively train, support and sustain Lean thinking, processes, and culture to benefit our projects, employees, and customers.
• Highly focus on operations support and implementation.
• Work with sector manager or CI lead to implement strategic plan.
• Analyze existing work practices, identify waste, and establish productivity measures
• Employs lean tools and methodologies to resolve problems and improve existing operations and processes.
• Drives productivity improvement on major projects within the sector by identifying, coordinating, and leading efforts.
• Drives strong collaboration and communication between the projects, sharing/leveraging best practices.
• Perform workplace assessments and time studies to streamline processes and improve productivity within sector.
• Coordinate and align with sector Quality and HSE group support sharing key project elements around innovation and CI within the company
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent training.
• At least 5-10 years of related experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in using requirement tools includin DOORS, DOORS NG etc.
• Working knowledge of DXL scripting.
• Strong communication skills
