Brief Description
Graduate Engineering- Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,10 Years+ of Total Experience and 4 Years + assignment relevant exp
Description:
• Responsible for all aspects of contract management in proper implementation of the provisions of contracts entered into with the contractor(s), including controlling the project cost of the tender packages, preparing manuals / schedules in line with the provisions of the contract, Review the Client/Contractor Invoice, raising claims on Variations
• Providing inputs related to contracts and advise the project teams on all aspects of contract management. Monitoring the day-to-day activity of the projects.
• Responsible to attend Procurement meetings with Vendors, Supporting the Client on Procurement process and Tender preparation, Technical & Commercial negotiations, and Finalization of the Contract.
• Certify BOQs and invoices after theoretically & technically checking as per contract/ payment terms
• Developing prequalification/evaluation criteria for appointing of contracting agencies and consultants and get them registered in our system
• Preparing tender document including specification and general conditions, special conditions and verification of the bill of quantities
• Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess consumption & wastage
• Parking of Bill in SAP system
• Verifying supply agreements, service agreements and subcontracts prepared by subordinates
• Authorizing agreements in order to obtain necessary approvals
• Identifying and including key contractual terms and requirements in the contract document including obligations and deliverables and associated risk
• Budget monitoring, Monthly report on construction spent, cash flow analysis.

• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
