  • Coordinate with state nodal agencies (KREDL, RRECL, GEDA, etc.) for GO, DP approvals, and project registrations.
  • Facilitate EHV line-related approvals including Section 68, Section 164, DC approvals, and related statutory requirements.
  • Monitor, track, and report updates on policy and regulatory developments.

2. Local Authority Liaison

  • Interface with district administrations, panchayat offices, and local governing bodies for project-related permissions.
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific land regulations and project development norms.

3. Documentation & Reporting

  • Draft official letters, applications, submissions, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain state-wise approval trackers with updated statuses.
  • Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to project leadership and internal stakeholders.

4. Project Execution Support

  • Plan and coordinate site inspections, verification visits, and compliance assessments.
  • Communicate approval timelines, regulatory updates, and milestone progress to internal teams.
  • Assist in execution of agreements with utilities, DISCOMs, and regulatory authorities.
