About The Role

Play a key role in a thriving and award-winning team within a leading civil and infrastructure company. You'll be the estimating specialist, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality project estimates.

Location: Hybrid - primarily Kent office (1 day/week), with flexibility to work from the London office 2 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize project estimates exceeding £1 million in value.
• Collaborate with senior estimators and other departments to ensure project viability.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the estimating process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating practices within the team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in construction estimating.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles is preferred.
• Experience working on a variety of construction projects is a plus.
• Data center construction experience is a bonus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
