Our client is one of the leading consultancy providers within Dispute and Contract Advisory, they currently seek a Forensic Planner to be based in their London office to work on National Grid projects
This is a long-term contract role paying £500-650 per day
The main focus of this role will be to perform detailed forensic analysis of major project delays using Critical Path Methodologies and schedule analysis combined with detailed project, contract and legal research.
You will have knowledge of the following:
Forensic planning/delay analytical experience
EOT (Extension of Time)
Claims
Solid experience in a planning/project controls environment.
A sound theoretical knowledge and practical understanding of critical path planning methods and their applications.
Experience in preparation and defence of delay claims.
An excellent working knowledge of P6
You must have:
Experience with infrastructure,utilities, oil and gas or property
Experience of managing a team in the preparation of detailed analysis and written reports
A keen interest in contractual and legal matters
Ideally you will have a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution or other relevant Masters Degree.
